Can I choose a delivery slot?
When checking out on our website, you may be offered next day, nominated day and weekend delivery services (depending on what is being ordered and where it’s being delivered to).
Delivery slots you can choose
Pick a slot for next working day delivery, or choose a weekday that suits you with nominated day delivery.
All day7am to 8pm
Early morningBy 10:30amSmall and Medium
MorningBy midday
Evening5pm to 9pmLarge and Extra Large
Saturday delivery is also available as an all-day slot, 7am to 8pm. You’ll see the slots available for your order, and their prices at checkout.
On the day of delivery
The delivery partner depends on the size of your order, and both will keep you updated.
SM
Small and MediumUsually delivered by DPD or Evri. These couriers will send you SMS/email updates (including a delivery slot), and will allow you to re-arrange with them directly if the delivery time isn’t suitable.LXL
Large and Extra LargeUsually delivered by our specialist partners BJS, Violet Logistics or Palletways. Our specialist delivery partners will contact you prior to delivery (either by email, SMS or telephone call), and it is normally possible to arrange an alternative delivery window with them directly.
