Drench Trade Account

Once you’ve created a trade account with us, you’ll immediately be able to shop online with your Silver Tier 7.5% discount. We’ll do the eligibility checks in the background and confirm your full access within a few working days.

Your 7.5% discount will apply to your first order with us and if you spend over £1000 in that first transaction, you will then be moved up to the Gold Tier. If you are planning to spend considerably more than £1000 in your first purchase, feel free to get in touch with your Trade Account Manager to discuss your account and discount level.

No – absolutely everything is discounted for you across all of our brands and ranges, and this is even on top of a sale price.

We do not currently offer consumer credit options such as Clearpay or Klarna to our trade customers.

We can often source products not on our website through our network of suppliers so if you can't see what you'd ideally like, just ask and we'll see what we can do!

We do offer collections from our Bournemouth warehouse should you need something as quickly as possible and you’re able to travel to us. Just select collection at checkout if buying online, or arrange with your Trade Account Manager if placing your order directly with them.

If you just need a clear and simple design for your customer to visualise and the installer to work from, we offer The Snapshot for just £35.

For a more finished design complete with tiles or other finishing touches, you can go for The Big Picture at £100, allowing for multiple amends and a 3D online walkthrough.
