How do I know if my order is a small, medium or large delivery?
We choose the best delivery partner for your order based on the size and fragility of the items you buy. Every delivery partner will contact you before delivery by text, email or phone. Find out what to expect with your delivery.
What size is my delivery?
Every item has a delivery size based on how big and heavy it is. Here’s what usually falls into each size.
SSmall
Taps, shower fittings and accessories*
MMedium
Mirrors, countertop and cloakroom basins, heated towel rails*
LLarge
Larger radiators*
XLExtra Large
Baths, sanitaryware, furniture, shower glass & trays*
* Intended as a guide; exceptions apply.
Who delivers your order?
Unless an item says it’s delivered direct from our supplier, your delivery partner depends on its size.
SM
Small and MediumDelivered by DPD or Evri. You’ll get text and email updates, and in most cases a time slot on the day of delivery.LXL
Large and Extra LargeDelivered by our specialist partners BJS, Violet Logistics or Palletways, who handle bigger and more fragile items.Where can I see my delivery size?
The size of your delivery will be indicated by an (S), (M), (L) or (XL) showing within the stated delivery method. For example, 'Next Day Delivery (S)', or 'Standard Fragile Delivery (L)'.
If you order multiple products and they are being delivered together, the delivery size will be the largest from the products chosen. For example, if you order a tap (S) and a bath (XL), your delivery will be Extra Large (XL).
You can see the delivery size in the following areas:
1On the product pageOpen the Delivery tab and enter your postcode. The delivery size is shown next to each delivery option.
2At checkoutOnce you’ve entered your delivery postcode, the size is shown next to the delivery method you choose.
3In your order confirmation emailIf you ordered on our website, the delivery size is shown next to your delivery method.
